From June 22 to June 28, Mixx Health and Wellness will be undergoing a patient portal transition, which will adjust appointment booking flow.
All appointments booked in Boulevard during this window of time will be automatically re-booked into the new patient portal system, EMRG.
This will not alter your selected appointment time or chosen provider; it only helps you avoid having to complete a second set of forms and upload information in a different portal right after registering as a patient with us!
